When Push Comes to Shove

Because a Nudge Just Wasn't Enough

For some, living in a “smart city” may be an alluring idea. There are new names popping up for these novel cities. Whether they are called smart cities, pioneer cities, or 15-minute cities is irrelevant. I am confident there will be many new enticing titles for these modern-day concentration camps. Oh, did I say that out loud? Many will decry my description, but that’s what they will become. There is no doubt society is being pushed into a very different world by elite groups who think they own it all. These high-minded social engineers have been at it for a very long time and seem to be emboldened now that we are at the threshold of technology beyond our imaginations. These self-appointed global leaders, with their collectivist mindsets, will stop at nothing until we, the “little people”, get with the program and herd ourselves into their utopian models of hell on earth. There has been an ongoing master marketing plan to the masses that has many of the gullible sold. However, time is running out for these self-proclaimed gods. A nudge just doesn’t seem to be enough, so, in their warped minds, a more forceful shove is required. After all, they believe we shouldn’t choose for ourselves; living in these “sustainable soviets” is for our own good. If they are successful, the world we once knew is on the precipice of an extreme and fundamental transformation.
